About Us
FixMyGadget is a family-owned and operated business that has been repairing gadgets since 2007. In that time, we’ve repaired thousands of iPhones, Android phones and tablets, iPods, iPads, and Nintendo DS Lites for customers all over the world, including our home of Corvallis, OR and as far away as Ireland, Puerto Rico, Norway, and Guam.
Our repair guru and founder, Steve Langevin, has over 20 years of tech repair experience and education. He has had a fascination with electronic equipment since he was a child, beginning with taking apart and reassembling transistor radios. Steve is originally from Ontario, Canada and enjoys video games, ice hockey (he plays as a goalie), camping and playing Pokemon with his son.
Our customer service guru, Connie Langevin, answers all customer emails and handles all packaging and shipping. Her most important work is to translate Steve’s tech advice to language we can all understand! When not answering emails or packaging systems for shipping, she spends her time reading, quilting, knitting, baking, and camping with Steve and their son.
As a family company, FixMyGadget understands the importance of friendly, personalized service. Each email is answered personally and each repair is undertaken as if for our own family members. Once repaired, each system is expertly packed in a crush-proof box and shipped for free with insurance and delivery confirmation.
